30-Day Return Window
We accept returns of all electric scooters within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@recopev.com for a return authorization.
Please retain the original packaging in case of a return.
Conditions for Returns:

Unopened Scooters: May be returned within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and an 8% restocking fee will apply.

Opened But Not Used: Returns are accepted within 30 days, with the buyer responsible for return shipping and an 8% restocking fee. The scooter must be unused, free of dirt, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Used Scooters (Under 15 Miles): Scooters with less than 15 miles on the odometer may be returned within 30 days for any reason. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. If the scooter is returned dirty, a $35 cleaning fee will apply, regardless of the reason for return. Additional deductions will be made for any necessary repairs or replacement packaging if the scooter or its packaging is damaged. All accessories must be returned, with charges applied for any missing items.
Parts and Accessories Returns:
Returns of parts or accessories due to a change of mind or buyer's mistake are subject to return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Refund Process:
Returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the product matches the description provided by the buyer, a refund will be processed within 3 business days. If the return does not match the description, additional fees may be deducted. Please note that the timing of the refund credit depends on your bank's processing times.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. After shipment, cancellations will incur return shipping costs and an 8% restocking fee. An order is considered 'shipped' once the tracking status shows "picked up".

Shipping Damage Claims:
To file a claim for a product that arrives damaged, please provide our customer support team (support@recopev.com) with the following photos within 7 days of delivery:
- A photo of the dashboard showing the odometer at zero miles to confirm the scooter has not been ridden.
- Detailed photos of the damaged area(s).
- Photos showing the foam packaging inside the box.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
Note: If the scooter has been ridden, we cannot accept damage claims. If the buyer wishes to return the scooter, it must have less than 15 miles on the odometer and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
Return Policy for Quality-Related Issues
We stand behind the quality of our products. For quality-related issues occurring within 30 days, such as faults in the motor, battery, controller, or other key components that prevent the scooter from functioning or impact riding safety, we will accept returns. However, if only specific parts are damaged or there are minor issues that can be easily fixed, we will provide replacement parts free of charge.
- Photographic and Video Evidence: Buyers must submit photos and videos as proof of quality-related issues. If the return is approved, the buyer is required to provide a photo showing the total mileage on the odometer and cease using the scooter. If upon receipt the odometer reading does not match the mileage at the time the return was approved, a restocking fee of 15-25% may be charged based on the discrepancy.
- Return Shipping Costs: Normally, buyers are not responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees for quality-related returns within the return period. However, if upon inspection our technicians determine that the damage was caused by user action (such as a collision while riding), rather than manufacturing defects, we will deduct a restocking fee of 15-25% depending on the condition of the returned scooter.
