Where do you ship from? Do you ship internationally?
We ship from our warehouses in California, and we currently only deliver to the contiguous United States.
Can I select my shipping method?
At this time, we offer shipping exclusively through FedEx depending on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days, depending on your shipping address.
Is expedited shipping available?
We will do our best to ship your scooter as quickly as possible, but currently, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

How can I cancel my order?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made before shipment are free of charge. If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs, plus an 8% restocking fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
How long does it take to receive a refund after canceling an order?
Once we receive and confirm your cancellation request, we will process your refund immediately. The time it takes for the refund to show up in your account will depend on your bank’s processing times.

The weight limit for our scooters ranges from 220 lbs to 330 lbs, depending on the model.
What is the maximum speed of the electric scooters?
Our electric scooters can reach speeds ranging from 16 mph to 68 mph, depending on the model.
Can I ride with a passenger?
No, it is not legal in the United States to ride an e-scooter with a passenger.
We strongly recommends that only one person rides an e-scooter at a time for safety reasons.
What should I know before riding my electric scooter?
Before riding your electric scooter, make sure you fully understand its features and functionalities.
We strongly recommend riding at low speeds until you have completely mastered the riding techniques to ensure your safety.
